Refund/Return/Reschedule Policy:

  • 50% Refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 15 days before the departure date.
  • 25% Refund of the advance amount if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date.
  • 0% Refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the departure date.

For Booked Air Tickets/Bus Tickets/Train Tickets:

If tickets have been booked, the cancellation charges will apply as per the respective airline’s/bus/train company’s policy.

Last Moment Bookings:

Bookings made 03 days or less before the departure date cannot be canceled. If the customer still wishes to cancel, no refund will be provided.

Change of Plan/Booking Dates:

For Group Tours: Customers must inform us at least 05 days before the departure date to change the plan or reschedule booking dates.

For Private or Customized Trips: 

Change of plan or rescheduling may vary based on peak season, existing hotel/transportation bookings, and the availability of hotels and transportation.
