AC/Heater Usage: On mountainous roads, the AC/Heater will be used on and off to prevent vehicle overheating.
Trip Plan Changes: Plans may change due to weather, politics, or other reasons for everyone’s safety. The company is not responsible for such changes.
Trip Cancellation by Company: We may cancel the trip without prior notice for valid reasons. In such cases, only the advance amount will be fully refunded.
Safety Risks: We ensure safety, but natural disasters (like avalanches or landslides) or accidents may occur. The company and organizers won’t be held responsible.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
Leaving the Trip: No refund if a participant leaves the trip at any stage for any reason.
Environment Care: Our trips are eco-friendly. Damaging nature is not allowed.
No Insurance: Our trips aren’t insured. We ensure safety but can’t be responsible for accidents or natural calamities.
Respect & Behavior: No conflicts or violence allowed. Respect all cultures, religions, and beliefs.
Prohibited Items: Alcohol, drugs, guns, sheesha, and unethical items are strictly banned. Smoking is not allowed inside vehicles.
Fuel Price Changes: Tour prices may change if fuel prices increase before or after booking.
Electricity in Mountain Areas: Power shortages are common in mountains. Hotels run generators till 12:00 AM or sometimes 1:00 AM. After that, only UPS/backup systems work (for lights only) till 6:30 AM. Charge your phones, cameras, and gadgets during generator hours. The company isn’t responsible for power issues as it’s due to government infrastructure.
